District AGM

The District Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday 12th March 2011 at Southgate Methodist Church Elland.

The meeting is open to all Officers and Officials especially those who are within the U26 age group.

The meeting this year will see a change to the usual format, in that the meeting will be preceded by lunch, commencing at 12.15pm. Members should therefore arrive and be registered no later than 12 noon.

The expense for the day is the lunch, for which a ticket will be issued, should you require it. Again a tick box is provided on the booking form along with the charge. You are free to bring your own sandwiches, or make a purchase from the many food suppliers within the area drinks will be provided.

It is therefore important that you indicate clearly on the booking form if Lunch is required and enclose the appropriate fee.
