24th Hull Company celebrates its 90th Anniversary

Special Anniversary Badge

On Saturday 2nd October the 24th Hull Company celebrated its 90th Anniversary with a party. The event was held at the Companies Church and attended by about 100 people. Many former members of the Company were present, which included about half of the Companies Queen's Badge holders from the 1950 onwards.

The event was also attended by Sir James Hill, the District Patron, Mr Eric Hudson (Director for England), Mr. Rob Lolley (District President) and Mr Phil Tidy (The Hull and East Yorkshire Battalion). To those special guests the Company would like to extend heartfelt appreciation for their attendance.

Here's to the next 90 years!

During the celebrations Sir James and Eric Hudson presented all the guests and members of the Company with special commemorative badges. The badge was designed by Declan of the Junior Section.

There are a long list of people to thank, but special mention to the guests who agreed to attend, the caterers, 5th Hull Company, whose band played so well before and during the event, and all the former members who attended.
