As most of you will know that the Battalion have decided to start a Young Leaders Forum to ensure that the Young people of our Battalion have a say in what we do as well as bring in new ideas to improve the Battalion.
7 Young Leaders from across Halifax met at Boothtown Methodist Church to have a 'free and easy' Young Leaders Night with a short meeting to get the Forum up and running.
There were plenty of games played on the Wii and on the pool table. There were some good ideas brought forward while every one munched on pizza and Pringles. Some suggested a pizza hut trip and a bowling trip.
The group hope to meet at Elland in the New Year to have its first meeting to discuss some new ideas for the Battalion.
