District AGM

The District Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday 13th March 2010 at The Ice House Christian Centre, Grimsby. (address & map).

The meeting is open to all Officers and Officials especially those who are within the U26 age group.

The day will commence at 10am with an approximate finish time of 4pm.

During the afternoon we have invited the International Team to give a presentation on Palm in Palm. 1st Acomb have also been invited to give a presentation on their overseas work.

The expense for the day is only the buffet lunch, for which a ticket will be issued, should you require it. Again a tick box is provided on the booking form along with the charge. You are free to bring your own sandwiches, or make a purchase from the many food suppliers within the area drinks will be provided.

It is therefore important that you indicate clearly on the booking form if Lunch is required and enclose the appropriate fee.

Booking forms should be returned by Friday 29 January 2010.
