BB Members Assist The Queen at Garden Party

Three members from Hull & East Yorkshire Boys’ Brigade attended the recently held Garden Party at Buckingham Palace on 29th June.

Sam Cullen, Stacey Walker both of 1st Market Weighton and Paige Savage of 5th Hull where members of the Brigades National stewarding team at the Garden Party.

After the event Paige (18) commented that it had been a long afternoon and a privilege to have been chosen to carry the duty and that it was great to meet Prince Phillip, David Cameron and other important people as well as the members of the invited public.

Unfortunately Paige did not meet with the Queen on this occasion but hopes to meet her at future BB events.
