Child Protection and Safety Modules

Who is it for?

This is compulsory training that must be completed before any adult can take responsibility for young people. This applies to all Officers, Leaders, Helpers and Instructors.

What it Involves

The course is provided so that potential Officers, Leaders, Helpers and Instructors are able to protect children, young people and themselves, by raising awareness of Child Protection issues and ensuring that activities are organised safely.

How the Training is delivered

The course can be organised by any of the Battalions within the District as and when they are required. The session can be completed in a single evening.
