Captains & Sectional Management Modules

Who is it for?

Any potential or newly appointed Captains, Officers in Charge of sections, or any Officer interested in developing their skills in this area.

What it Involves

During the course participants will complete a number of modules, covering the following aspects of being a Company Captain or Officer in Charge:

• Build their knowledge of how the Brigade works;
• What is the relationship between the Company and Brigade?
• what regulations are there and how are they implemented?
• What is the role of the Captain/Officer in Charge?
• How can we develop ourselves and others?

How the Training is delivered

The course can be organised by any of the Battalions within the District, or by the District itself. The duration of the course is 1 day delivered in various location within the District.
