Leadership Skills Based Training

This course is open to all members in school years 11, 12 or 13  in September (15 – 18 years) who require a Skills or Leadership based course so that they can work within their Company.

The Course is also suitable as one route for those  working for their Queen's Badge as it will give them the foundations to carry out their taking Responsibility within the Brigade or Church section of the Award (page 33 NEW Record Book).

The Queen's Candidate will have had to already attended their Candidates meeting with their Advisor and Mentor . QB Record Books will be checked at the weekend and that the Candidates action plan is in place. The Candidates Meeting is important as the Candidate agrees their chosen route through Queen's Badge.

31st August 2009 and must include the FULL fee required, which is not returnable. Participants under 18, must bring a fully completed special event consent form.
